Job description:
Woodbank were invited to a meeting in the Helensville area in 2008 to value a 6.8 hectare woodlot of 24 year old Pinus Radiata. The forest had to be sold under a matrimony assets split and the owners were struggling to 'go their own ways', with the forest the only asset not sold.

Result:
Woodbank listened to the needs of the clients and put together a proposal that allowed both parties to move forward. A lump sum offer was proposed for the forest, contracts drawn up between both parties and the revenue shared equally. The trees were harvested the following summer and the job completed successfully, with two satisfied clients.
